What we collect

When you use Vybes, we collect information necessary to provide the service. This includes the photo you upload for enhancement, basic usage information (such as browser type, device type, and session activity), and event data used to understand how the product is used.

We do not collect your name, email address, or any account information unless you contact us directly.

Your uploaded photos

Photos you upload are used solely to perform the enhancement you requested. Your original and enhanced images are stored temporarily on secure servers to deliver the service and are automatically deleted after a short retention window. We do not use your photos to train AI models, and we do not share them with third parties for any purpose other than processing your enhancement.

Payments

Payment processing is handled entirely by Razorpay. Vybes does not collect, store, or have access to your card details or banking information. Razorpay's own privacy policy governs how your payment data is handled.

Analytics

We use analytics tools (including Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics) to understand how the product is used and to measure performance. This may include anonymised event data such as which steps of the flow users complete. No personally identifiable information is sent to analytics platforms.

Data retention

Images and related job data are kept only as long as needed to deliver the service. Unpaid enhancements are automatically cleaned up within 24 hours. After a successful paid download, data is cleaned up within 48 hours. We do not retain your photos beyond these windows.

Third-party services

Vybes uses third-party infrastructure providers (including cloud storage and AI processing services) to deliver the enhancement service. These providers process data only as directed and under appropriate data protection terms.
