Vybes is an AI-powered photo enhancement service. By using Vybes, you agree to use it only for lawful personal purposes. You must not use the service to process images that you do not have the right to upload, or for any commercial, illegal, or harmful purpose.

Your content

You must have full rights to any image you upload. By uploading a photo, you confirm that you own or have the necessary permission to use that image for this purpose. Vybes does not claim ownership of your photos.

Service and results

The service is provided as-is. While we aim to deliver high-quality enhancements, results may vary depending on the quality, resolution, and content of the uploaded image. We do not guarantee any specific outcome.

Payment and download

A free preview of your enhanced portrait is shown at no cost. To download the full HD file, a one-time payment is required. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Once a successful payment is made and the file is downloaded, the transaction is considered complete.

Prohibited use

The following are not permitted:

• Misuse or abuse of the service (e.g. automated submissions, scraping)
• Attempting to reverse engineer, copy, or replicate any part of the service
• Interfering with or disrupting the service or its infrastructure
• Uploading images that are illegal, harmful, or infringe third-party rights

Limitation of liability

Vybes is not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from your use of the service. The service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.
